Refund policy

All Grassy Ass Tattoo Co. merchandise is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@grassyasstattoo.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

SIZE & FIT

Please review the size information provided on the product page before placing your order. Because our merchandise is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing selections.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your package appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at support@grassyasstattoo.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Please note that Grassy Ass Tattoo Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
